What do you do…

I teach exercise classes, write online personal training plans and run Coffee at Lyde Green in Bristol (I’m very busy!).

 

What do you want other people to get from your classes?

I want people to get a sense of achievement from my classes, to feel good about themselves, and see exercise as a positive rather than as punishment! I want them to feel strong and confident and amazing when they leave!           

 

Describe a fond childhood moment. 

Friday nights picking a film from blockbuster (memories!) then watching the, with my mum and sister on the sofa, eating chocolate.

 

What do you think is your best quality

My helpfulness. I will always go above and beyond for those close to me, and I’m always one to listen!

 

If you could do anything, besides what you're doing now, what would you do?

I actually want to join the police :)

 

What was your first car – how did you get it?

A little purple golf that I got second hand by saving some money my grandma gave to me.

 

If you had a Time Machine, what Time Period would you visit and why?

I’d love to go all the way back to the beginning of time so I could be smug and be the only one who was 100% certain on how the world began!

 

Describe an accomplishment you are proud of?

Getting my degree and my PT qualifications

                 

What’s the most random thing in your kitchen drawer… we all have one of those drawers! 

A vegetable peeler in the shape of a pencil sharpener

 

What is your guilty pleasure?

Cuddled on the sofa in my onesie, binge watching a new series and drinking g&t     

 

How would people describe you when you left school?

Loud. Always loud.  

 

If you could travel anywhere – where would you go?

I’d love to visit south east asia          

 

What’s your favourite tipple?

G&T or a cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc          

 

What do you think the most ridiculous invention that exists is?

I’ve genuinely sat staring at this question for 20 minutes and cannot think of anything

 

Favourite Snack Food?

Protein powder mixed with yoghurt (yes, gym w****r, but it tastes like cheesecake) or salted popcorn

What are you thankful for?

My partner, my dog and my family (cliché I know, but they mean the world to me)
