From 6pm Friday 4th October to 4pm Sunday 6th October (so you don't even need to use your annual leave!)
The Recharge Retreat is a space for you to do you.
On arrival on the Friday evening you can leave all your stress at the door. No real life for 2 WHOLE DAYS!
A delicious and light supper will be available, followed by a group meditation to set the tone for the weekend. Maybe you fancy a swim before bed?
The Saturday morning will see you either eating breakfast at the main dining table or taking advantage of relaxing and eating breakfast in bed!
It then will start with soothing and calming guided meditation, followed by a Group Life Coaching session. The great thing is you be asked to speak in the session, just to FOCUS ON YOU!
During the day we will go on a beautiful walk around the village and fields surrounding River View House.
Comforting and wholesome lunch and dinner will be available - think homemade soup with croutons and cheese and Vegetable lasagne with a gorgeous green salad.
The day will end after dinner is finished - free for you to chill or maybe grab some extra sleep or a swim?
After a good nights sleep and a relaxing breakfast, Sunday will begin another day of relaxing and learning about what an awesome human being you are!
You will leave at 4pm feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged!!
